1. Acceptance

By using ShowerDrop you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

ShowerDrop connects nearby drivers at truck stops for voluntary shower-code exchange. We do not sell or guarantee access to any shower.

3. Codes and Loyalty Programs

Codes come from your own loyalty account (Pilot, Love's, TA, etc). You are solely responsible for complying with that program's terms. ShowerDrop is not a party to it.

4. Geo-Matching

The Service matches users by proximity to real locations. We do not control or monitor what happens there, including any interaction between matched users.

5. Moderation

We may limit or suspend access if we suspect abuse or repeated exchange failures, at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee a donor will be found, a code will work, or a shower will be in order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the Service (which is $0 for free use).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ShowerDrop against third-party claims related to your violation of these or a third party's terms.

9. Governing Law

Georgia law governs. Disputes are resolved through individual arbitration, not a jury trial or class action.

10. Age

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

11. Data

Data processing, including location, is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

12. Changes & Deletion

Terms may change with notice. You may delete your account and data at any time.
